Our Well pump failed. Called JSL @ 7a Monday. They called back within the hour and Steve arrived an hour later to properly diagnose. New water pump was installed by noon same day. Very clean and had concern for bringing dirt into our home. Nothing was left laying in our yard. Outstanding service and the final price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend!

Said they couldn’t service our heating system since we were “out of warranty and not in their service area.” While I understand our location is further away the fact is they were the ones to install the unit when our home was a brand new build…so I called to see if they could at least provide a part number. I gave the lady both the model and serial number and she said she’d check. Didn’t get a call back so I called again and still didn’t receive a call back.

I have used these 3 different times and every time has been more than fantastic. I’m a do it yourself type of person but certain things I like to leave to the professionals. First time they installed a 50 gallon electric water heater and was their choice on water heater and install timing. Everything went very well as well as cleanup and scheduling. Second time was at my new residence with hot water supplied by my oil boiler trying to be efficient I went and found rheem marathon heater electric 50 gallon and had them remove hot water line from boiler and plumb in water heater I set where it needed to be and gave him measurements to my electric panel. Everything is working great! Third time trying to save money again my oil burner decided to quit with aqua stat going out asked owner

Purchased our home in 2017 and not happy that as of last year one of our hot water heaters isn’t working. I’m no plumber but looking at the installation it just didn’t seem efficient to me. My thought would be when bringing cold water in the home why not run them equally to both water heaters instead of one. Then run the hot water equally to service the home. Instead they ran the cold water into one hot water heater with that water then feeding into the other water heater. Doesn’t seem efficient to me why would you overwork one water heater and surprisingly that’s the one that’s now not working guarantee it was working 98% more compared to the other water heater.
