A Plus Locksmith

I am a real estate broker in Healdsburg California and have used APlus Locksmith for many years. While I ask them to reproduce keys, I also have asked them many times to rekey the entire homes I have sold and replace any locks that are defective. They have always been dependable and provided reliable service. Gloria is a real sweetie and working with Henry is a treat.

We manage property and have used A Plus Locksmith for over 10 years and have come to rely on Gloria and Henry for great service and for being fun to work with. Have tried the hardware store key reproduction and the amount of keys that don't work wastes a lot of time for everyone. We are able to count on Henry and APlus

I had a very disappointing experience with this locksmith company. Before the service, I personally spoke with someone from their team and was clearly told the price would be between $150–$200. Based on that estimate, my friend went ahead and used their service. After the job was done, my friend was charged $385, which is almost double the quoted price. There was no proper explanation and no transparency about why the cost suddenly increased so much. This feels very misleading and unprofessional. Because of this experience, I do not recommend this business to anyone. Be very careful and make sure you get everything in writing before agreeing to any service.

I feel as though I have died and gone to heaven finding Henry & Gloria again of A PLUS LOCKSMITH. I had heard some years ago they had retired and sold their business. I have NEVER FOUND ANY OTHER LOCKSMITH COMPANY who came anywhere close to the service they provided forever in HEALDSBURG. By fluke today, I was directed to the same named company with the same local phone answered by the same lovely voice which was Gloria! Turned out that they had only moved to Windsor and were very much STILL IN BUSINESS. Emergency now resolved and I give this family owned business 1M STARS🙌🙌🙌

Angelo and Henry came by to change my mailbox lock and install a keyhole in my front door screen. They did a beautiful job and we're done in no time!!! Thanks Angelo and Henry!!!! ☺️
