A Plus Oil

A Plus is amazing! Our gauge broke and we ran out of oil during the coldest week. My regular company (who we’ve used for many years) said 10 days for a delivery! After calling several companies I left a message for A Plus. They called back quickly and we had oil by 930am the following day! THANK YOU A PLUS!! Our home is warm again! Excellent customer service and highly recommend!

Always quick to deliver, very fairly priced, always kind and efficient to speak with on the phone and in person. I am writing this review because A Plus Oil went above and beyond for us on this most recent fill. I called at 6:30pm when I realized we were completely out, spoke with Kelly and discussed my concerns for our long, icy gravel driveway. Within 30 minutes, Kelly had coordinated an estimate from their salt/cinder colleague to have the drive cleared first thing the next morning (without any pressure to use their colleague if we wanted to prepare our driveway another way). We went with their colleague who showed up at 8am and A Plus Oil made their delivery at 10am. I previously dealt with another company for over a year. I placed an order and my order got “lost” in their system somehow 🙄 and my tank was empty and my boiler shut. I called a few companies in the area. Many were not taking new customers. I then found A+. Amazingly Kelly was able to get me in the next day. Service is amazing. I highly recommend them!
