UPDATE: Unfortunately I had to remove three stars and my positive review. ServiceMaster Metropolitan did not live up to its year long warranty of service. I reached out about four items needing attention: disintegrating grout, rust on the drain porcelain, a perpetually loosening toilet seat, and a dripping tub faucet. While they came (four months after my call) to remedy the first items, they told me upon departing that they could not repair the faucet that had been dripping water since their renovation. It was deemed to be an issue with the mixer—which should have been remedied while the wall was open. I paid them $14,000 so I do feel I deserve better service.

We were very pleased with the immediate response, the professionalism of the service agent, and most importantly with the repair work that was completed by the crew.

Sam & team were great - professional, communicative and friendly. The work was completed on time and in the least disruptive way possible. You can tell they care about attention to detail and making sure their clients are happy. I would definitely use them again for another project.
