My husband and I stopped by A & R Home Products to look for a tile product to cover the unattractive cement walkway to our front door and the small patio off of our kitchen. Since we did not know the square footage of our project, Gustavo told us he would contact us in a couple of days to come to our house to take measurements. As promised, Gustavo came to our house, took measurements, discussed ideas, and provided an estimate for the project. They placed a LIEN on my property! I've worked with this company for over 4 years doing multiple jobs on different properties. One job they installed the completely wrong flooring color. Instead of asking them to replace it, they simply took $100 off for the mistake. I let it slide trying to keep a good working relationship. The last job they did for me was a mess.
