A-ROCK'S LOCKS

Fabulous service!!!! We came home from a trip and found we had not put the new key to our house on our key chains. After getting turned down by several lock companies, one of them recommended A-Rocks. He answered the phone immediately. Asked our location and came to save us in a few minutes!!!! It only took him 3 minutes to get the front door open and his price was VERY reasonable! Very personable, polite and knowledgeable young man!

He was there in less than an hour after I called him and in the time it took me to go to the bank and come straight back he had already programmed the new key fob and was almost finished cutting the key, and that was with all keys lost! Truly great service if needed will definitely be calling him again!

I called A-Rocks Locks for an out of the ordinary Emergency lock out. No one else I called (about 15 others locally) would not even come out for my particular problem. The owner, Eric, was personable and empathetic of my unique situation and while he didn't promise anything, he was willing to come out and take a look when no one else would. As it turns out, he helped me with an issue I didn't even know I had and also during our conversation, provided me with some great resources of other businesses. Eric went out of his way to help me in an emergent situation, even though he wasn't sure he could help. FIVE STARS to "A Rocks Locks" for professional, courteous and extremely helpful service!!

I was able to get a new key for my truck the same day I called. Unfortunately I had lost the original, but that wasn't a problem for A-Rocks Locks. I live in a remote area and they were able to accommodate me driving an hour plus for the work. Eric was polite and professional and got the job done. He also threw in a 3rd key for free. I highly recommend using A‐Rock Locks if you need a locksmith.
