The technician was very friendly and helped us sort out an issue with the furnace. He didn’t try to sell us on anything which we appreciated!! Will be using this business when we do need to replace our unit.

Great company. My AC went out the first day of triple digit weather. I called their office, and they had a friendly, experienced technician at my house in less than two hours, and they had all the parts stocked already in the truck and had my air on in minutes. Tom was great and Robin was great! Called them after another Ac outfit was here to do fall maintenance and the system broke 5 days later. Tom took a look at the system and gave me a reasonable quote to fix the problem. I plan to use Alternative Heating and Air going forward

We had just come back into town right in the middle of a late spring heatwave only to find our AC had given up the ghost. The place was an oven. Then along came Alternative Air to save the day! We knew we had found something special when we spoke with lovely Robin on the phone. She was very sweet and was able to have someone come out right away. Last fall, my mom’s a/c wasn’t cooling her house. Called another business, service person stated her unit was leaking and couldn’t be repaired. Estimate to replacement unit was $11,000. Fast forward to this week, we decided to get another opinion and/or estimate. Called Alternative Heating and Air, they were able to come out quickly. Tom, the owner stated that the unit most likely has a pinhole leak and that others would say it’s not repairable but it is. Long story short, they were able to stop the leak and refill the coolant for $750. My mom’s on a fixed budget and while it was still $750, much more doable than $11,000. My mom stated Tom was super friendly, he even cleaned ac unit, replaced the filters and even helped my mom set her thermostat!! Thank You Alternative Heating & Air!!
