I recently had the pleasure of working with Mike from Big Time Pest Control to address pest issues at my adult residential facility. My household got bed bugs in 2022 and it was a nightmare. I did have to purge my entire home and clean every soft material in the home BUT it has been two years since Big Time treated my home and the bed bugs never came back. The people they employ are as amazing as the service. I had never purchased pest control but now I have a monthly service because of how pleased I was with the service. Cannot say enough good things. So far so good. A few days ago Adam came to our home to do a sweep out. He was very nice, and reassuring. Another HUGE A+ goes to Steven (the man who helped me decide to choose them for the job over the phone.) He was extremely kind, very thorough with his explanation of everything that was going to happen, and above all else he understood the desperation for QUALITY help! Like stated, so far so good. We did decide to go ahead and sign up for bimonthly inspections. If anything changes I will let you guys know! Thanks for reading my reviews!

Mike is awesome, he always insures that we are aware of the going on with our bait boxes. As well as any additional spraying that he might do for seasonal critters. He also does an excellent job of keeping the cob webs off our store front.

Teresa was amazing. Recognized the severity of the problem and got a technician out as soon as possible. Very knowledgeable and polite.
