The photo of the chimney stonework was completed over 18 years ago. We responded to the owner that there was possible structural issues for what is seen in the photo. We did not build the wood structured chimney as we were employed thru the builder. We feel that the owner felt that there should be a warranty for life.(home warranties are good for approx 10 years) We have been in business for over 50 years and never had this problem.
Work done by A & S Meredith Stone Mason. Waiting for months for them to respond and repair the poor workmanship.
