Overall, a mediocre experience with some highs and many lows. The workers were friendly and helpful, the build quality was sound, the communication was sporadic (sometimes on point, sometimes seriously delayed), the project was given a timeline of 2-3 months but took 10 months, the original estimate was reasonable but pricing changed several times after the work began (and this was new construction so there was nothing that couldn't have been foreseen), and resolution of issues took months to address. The main issues were the delays in the project that was in their control, they didn't submit plans to the town and then billed me for thousands of dollars extra that were due to "code compliance" but really were due to them not submitting plans to the town before starting work, and the billi
