I got an appointment the week I called for someone to come out and steam clean 4 area rugs that had ALOT of paw and people traffic. The tech was on time, very quick, finished within 40 min and the rugs look brand new. They are left damp but not soaked. My whole house feels like it got a scrub down. The after smell is just that of clean, not perfume or extra fragrant. I am thrilled with the results and will definetly use them again.

Lorenzo was personable and knowledgeable with a great attention to detail. His work with our old sofa was so amazing I had to take a photo! We will have him back to take care of all our hand-me-down furniture. No need to buy new when you have a service like this!

I have been searching for a reputable company to clean my furniture. I called Miracle Mist, I have to say the lady that answered the phone was so lovely. She answered all my questions and was very helpful. I haven't booked yet, which I will be doing soon. I will post another review after that, but in the meantime just had to say, that is what customer service is all about.
