I have used Brushy Hill several times for toilet and small leaking issues. Today we woke up to a "whooooshing" sound and discovered the hot water heater burst and was spraying water all over the basement. There was probably 6 inches of water down there. Contacted Brushy Hill at 7:45 and saw they didn't open until 9. Vinny texted me back at 7:50 and said he'd come by when he was done with his job, and he DID. He helped me figure out the sump pump, got us a new hot water heater, fixed some pipe issues, and had everything cleaned up, installed, and functioning within a few hours. All done in freezing cold temps and a foot of snow on the ground, and yet Vinny had a great attitude, sense of humor, and lots of patience. I am so grateful and can;t recommend them strongly enough!

Vin Jr and Sr. Great service. Called at 9am new water heater removed and a new one installed by 1PM. I recommend them HIGHLY. Fast service and very clean work ethics.

Vinny is the best plumber I have ever had. I literally just sprung a leak on Saturday. Sunday I text Vinny a photo of the leaking pipe. Monday he fixes the problem by like 130pm less than 24 hours later. I left the garage door opener and I would have left the keys to the front door had I remembered. That's how much I trust them. His pricing is fair, the work always looks spot on and they're just nice guys. My wife signs off on the 5 stars as well. Thanks again guys, we'll see you next time!
