I used a step above for the first time today. They exceeded all of my expectations. They were prompt, friendly, and put my concerns at ease. The technicians showed up ready to get to work and began immediately. The carpets were cleaned, treated for pet smells, and one carpet was repaired and re-seamed. All of this was done quickly and with extremely high quality. Also, they quoted me well below what I had expected to pay. They saved me from reflooring three bedrooms and a living room. They will be my only call for future jobs and I recommend that everyone do the same. I’m a first timer either A Step Above and they did phenomenal! Setting the appointment was quick and easy. They arrived on time, and even called when they were on their way. They were thorough and addressed all my concerns. The carpets look amazing and all stains are gone! Their prices were very reasonable and the guys that came to my house were very respectful and nice.
