A Step Above Cleaning

I had this company come out twice in one week to do a deep clean, for which I paid $120. The microwave, windows, window tracks, and under the couch and bed were untouched. The second time they still left the windows and under the bed untouched. I was in constant communication with the company, sending pictures and details. The women also broke a full length mirror (and did not own up to it until days later). When I called to be refunded, the office manager, Michelle, refused to give even a partial refund, and hung up on me.

Terrible service. They've been coming to my house monthly for a long time. At first, they were doing a good job. Lately, though, the only time I had good cleaning was when a supervisor came along with the crew. I hate that I have to show a new crew the house every time. However, what finally made me fire them is this idea that they can make me sit around all day and wait for them. My cleanings had been scheduled for late mornings since I've started with them. One month they showed up at 4 pm and I sat and waited. This month I confirmed that my cleaning will be late morning and, when no one showed by 1 pm, I called the office. They told me that the crew isn't coming until 3 pm because too many clients want the morning and geographically mine couldn't be done until 3 pm. I told the woman who

We have used a cleaning service for many years, and this one for several. Results are inconsistent and well below average. Dusting is sloppy and occasionally non-existent. Floors are not washed in the corners. Windows and mirrors are streaky at best. And furniture, some quite expensive, has actually been damaged. They are supposed to used their own equipment and supplies, but I frequently have to replace belts and bags and replenish liquid products.

I'm not sure I should even give 1 star! I paid for a deep clean and upon my inspection I was apalled at the lack of cleaning that was performed! I unfortunately was unable to review the service immediately due to scheduling issues; however, when I was able it was obvious they had not swept, vacuumed, nor cleaned my hardwood or tile floors, completely skipped a bathroom, and did a poor job on what was cleaned. Truly, my 5 year old would have done a better job! I called the same day and NEVER received a call back . . .until they wanted to return for the 2 week cleaning. It was then I was able to voice my concern, only to receive "oh, ok." Save your self money, time, and frustration. Do NOT use this company. I am very sorry I did!

I started a new job that's very time consuming and my son is a college student. I realized my house wasn't getting the attention it needs. I had a step above give me an estimate. Based on the thorough deep clean that drew dirt from places other cleaning services never ever touch I signed on. They come every other week and my house is consistently in tip top shape all the time.
