Excellent service!! This bitter insane winter left our house with at least 2 busted pipes that we know about. We were given prompt attention when I called with an emergency. Special thanks to Preston the tech who came out. He was professional, skilled and most of all patient as one problem turned into another.

If I could give more stars, I would. I was having some kind of weird issue with the wiring of my oil burner. Vince took his time to figure out what the source was and efficiently solved my problem. He explained the situation and the resolution to me and answered all the questions I had. The owner, Steve, came to my house as well and also took his time to answer all my questions. They were helpful, kind and very patient. I would not hesitate to recommend they to anyone.

I called A. Stevens. P&H regarding servicing my water softener. They were very helpful and courteous and spend time to research my system. In the end they decided that my system did not need servicing. I would definitely recommend them.

AMAZING SERVICE and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Woke up to not water in the house. After trying to trouble shoot myself, I had to call in for backup. I asked a bunch of contractors I work with and they all pointed me to A. Stevens in Washingtonville. After calling, Steve replied immediately and gave me a time to expect him and his crew. As promises, Steve arrived on time and determined what was wrong with my water, well pump was broken and had to be replaced. A. Stevens and team quickly replaced the broken unit and installed new equipment below what was estimated, unheard of…. Steve is honest and EXTREMELY knowledgeable of his craft. If you need a reliable plumber, A Stevens is TOP of my list…. Holly watched over them as they worked and also approves this message.
