David and team did an incredible job of refinishing the pine floors in the house we just moved into. They were very beat up and had an orange-tinted stain. They are now completely revitalized, with a beautiful stain and look absolutely stunning. David was communicative and easy to work with and I highly recommend Unique Hardwood Floors!

Pictures don’t do his work justice. Very nicely done refinished floors in some areas and removed carpet and installed new floors in those areas. A+ will use again for later projects.

I called David, the owner on a Tuesday morning requesting a quote. He came to my house Tuesday night and provided a verbal quote followed by a written one later in the evening. He started the job one week later with one other person, Elfren. It was clear they are experienced and know their trade. They are no-nonsense workers. By the end of a long day, the floor had been sanded and two coats of polyurethane applied. The following morning David arrived and applied the final coat. I could not have asked for more prompt service, and the floor was beautifully completed. I highly recommend using Unique Hardwood Floors. I know I will.
