Called to get a quote on an issue I had very little knowledge about. Zack answered the phone and walked me through resetting my breakers first to see if he could save me some money. His advice worked like a charm. Thanks Zach for putting customer service before making a quick buck. I will be referring my friends to this business.

Nice gentleman came out and work was fine but bill wasn't. He said he wouldn't charge to come out then added $65 for travel time though I live in Yakima. Charged a lot for parts but wouldn't break that down to say for what.
