I had an excellent experience with ATEAM. From start to finish, the service was professional, prompt, and friendly. They arrived right on time, explained the process clearly, and worked efficiently. My carpets look brand new — they were able to remove stains I thought would never come out. The fresh, clean smell after the cleaning was a bonus! Had a sectional and some carpet I needed cleaning after my daughters birthday party. I called A team to see when I could get it done and they were very fast at responding and quick to come out. Thank you A-Team. You did an excellent job with cleaning and taking care of everything when I had some water damage. The A-Team employees were very nice and polite, they were dressed in clean A-Teams uniforms, and the employees were very professional and knowledgeable. They walked me through the entire process. They removed the wet items, they placed air blowers to dry the floors. They returned a couple days later and replaced the carpet and performed a humidity meter check.
