We called Doug Saturday evening because our air conditioning just quit running all of a sudden, and we had a house full of family celebrating our grandson's birthday. The house was getting hotter and hotter and the storm came through where the kids couldn't even go outside. He came quickly as he could, checked the unit inside and outside, replaced a fuse in the unit, and charged less than $100. We are so happy to have Doug on our side!! I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Doug is the BEST!!! I had a little A/C issue with my unit not cooling. After fear of being overcharged I looked online and found Bedford Heating and Air and took a chance. I am so glad I called! I called Bedford Heating and Air after calling A#1 Air, who just wanted to replace my unit for $8200. The service guy for Bedford Heating and Air, who I think his name was Doug, came out and checked the filters inside the house and told me to change them out, then went outside to check the units. He was absolutely wonderful and knew his stuff. He explained everything he was doing and just cleaned the coils on both units and cooled down the compressor to get everything working. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and I will use them from now on for all of my heating or ac problem.

These guys are in my neighborhood and i decided to take a chance for my whole AC replacement and they were easy to work with. They were on time, gave very fair quotes and were completed in record time. I even had them come back for extra side work on my ducting and they are worth every penny. My home is much more comfortable and they are just nice down to earth to work with. These guys are gold.
