A-Team Restoration is the one and only call I will ever make. Unfortunately I had a house fire. It wasn't a total loss structurally, but I lost everything I owned and valued. A-Team was out the next day waterproofing my roof and identifying any other problem areas that needed attention while the insurance process got started. After meeting with Curtis, the owner, I knew that they were the ones I wanted working on my house. Their professionalism and attention to detail was impeccable. Were they the cheapest, I couldn't tell you. I do know, that it was worth every penny. They turned a charred tinder box back into something that I am proud to call home.

Great company! Owner Curtis Copeland and Office Manager Wyndi Williams were wonderful to work with. I had a house fire with very little structural damage, however the inside needed completely redone due to smoke and water damage. They went above and beyond to help resolve every issue I had, and I felt we worked effectively as a team on this project! Would highly recommend.

A-Team Restoration is one of the few companies who base their business on honor and integrity. They are willing to come at 3am when most accidents happen, and work till you are satisfied. The quality of work is outstanding and when they are finished, you never knew there was damage. Some people want to complain about any little thing , but a lot of folks forget to say the good, the amazing service & the outstanding quality of work they receive. We as a society need to step up more often and let these small business owners know what a great job they do and what a blessing they are to our community. Without small business owners (who care enough to do the very best) we would just end up in a monopoly with big box stores multi-billion dollar companies who just don't care about OUR COMMUNITY.

My husband is a bio-chemist and works in India for months at a time. He is handy around the house and has great knowledge of engineering and remodeling, but he's rarely home. I want to thank you personally for the professionalism and quality of work you stand for. As a business owner myself, I know that the foundation of my business is the quality of my work. My name depends on my work. I want to personally thank you for the QUALITY of work you and your staff provided. Wyndi is so courteous and always made sure to follow up with my requests. They barely did anything when cleaning up from the total-loss house fire we experienced. The roof had caved in, so many of the salvageable items were buried. Little to no attempts were made to recover such items. In addition, some items that they did take out of the house disappeared. Items that we deemed as valuable were thrown away and some items in near perfect condition were thrown out too. Communication was few and far between after the first week and a half. They abandoned the work on our house for a full week without any notice whatsoever. When it came time for the billing, it was insanely high and they charged for a dumpster that was never at the house. Extremely disappointed, would never recommend to anyone, especially to people experiencing such a major tragedy. 0/5 stars
