A-tec installed a new pipe for my wood burning stove. The technician who came out were professional and friendly. The entire process they informed me what they were doing, and answered all of my questions. And their choice of music which they asked if they could play in my home was classic rock. The young man called ahead to confirm the time and then showed up with a big grin on his face..it was a good start! There was another man with him as well. He told us about our chimney and showed us how to use our fireplace before he began the cleaning and inspection. (We just bought our condo). They were done in no time at all, gave us our report and left. Also, very clean…laid a cover on our floor first, etc. We will certainly call them again!
