Would not recommend, between travel, fuel surcharge, and freight you're $200 down before they even touch anything. After placing a service call, sometimes they come in within a week, sometimes it takes two months. Some techs are decent, some don't seem to have a clue. Usual invoice ranges between 600 and 1200 Not recommended

Absolutely do not utilize this company if you need service done well or in a timely manner. Service tech that showed up was solid individual but acknowledged himself he was not trained or knowledgable about the piece of equipment we called about. Had to call another company’s service tech for assistance. Charged a ridiculous amount for initial contact where service tech did nothing that had not been discussed on initial call for service. Follow up service call took 3weeks to occur at which point technician COULD NOT COMPLETE THE JOB. Had to contact another company. If you are unable or unprepared to do the work, do not take the call. Disaster.

Do not call this company. Will come look and do nothing. Useless technician better off looking elsewhere

Must be under different ownership because they rpreviously esponded expediently and competently on ALL service calls!! Not any more!! 7 phone calls over 4 days and I FINALLY get the service manager (who's scheduled for 9:15!!) on the phone to inform me that my emergency (no pizza oven for a pizzeria!!) was not his emergency and they could be out on the 8th!! Why not tell me that 4 days earlier!! and they are the ONLY authorized blodgett repair service in the area!! Next call is to blodgett directly to inform them of the pathetic service!! Got that your busy and shortstaffed, but why no call to inform me of the 2 week delay in getting service!!

Horrible company. Overcharged to repair our Blodgett oven doors. Charged for the inept tech to stay on the phone with the company. We were charged an outrageous amount for the tech to travel to us when he is only two towns over. Would avoid this company!
