First time I hire a moving company with all of my lifetime transitions. Best decision I made , no regrets it was extremely helpful. I chose this company overall because of the comfort , safety and security I felt after speaking with Paul , his reassurance, who is also the owner of the business. However, the day of the move I got nervous w my decision due to the movers showing up 3 hours late! With no notification, no phone call letting me know. I had to sit there and wait for 3 hours. Still frustrated , I was able to reach Paul as he is very consistent with picking right up and available for direct contact with all his customers. Our experience with the A to Z Moving staff was very positive. Moving into new construction, our moving date changed a few times, but Paul was always willing to work with our schedule. The crew was courteous, and mindful of our furniture. Since we were moving into a newly built home, we were apprehensive about scratches on the hardwood floors or knicks in the walls, etc. But the crew leader, Carlos, listened to our concerns and had a solution for each one.
