This company came to my home for a Warranty Claim; the tech found the problem and told my wife he needed to go get a wax ring to fix the toilet. This was around 9am. My wife instructed the tech that she had a prior engagement at noon, but the tech advised her he would be right back. Two and a half hours later he still had no returned, I called the office to find the status and was told my warranty company didn't approve the claim so they would not be coming back. This sort of upset because why didn't they tell us the claim had been denied and that they would not return, instead they just left us waiting. Now we all know that their time is more precious than ours because they have you sit and wait for them to arrive in a 4-hour window but to say you will be right back and never return is ju

Called to get a small leak to the water heater fixed and they did a great job replacing the ball valve. But I got a bonus... while here, Joel also reinstalled the gas line to my newish stove so I could move it closer to the wall. I couldn't be happier.
