Justin took a significant amount of time to patiently explain every detail of our HOA lift station pump system, making sure we fully understood how it works and what was needed to resolve the issues properly. After having so many bad experiences with other companies, working with Justin was a breath of fresh air. Donnell was very professional. He was very helpful in an emergency service event and was incredibly thorough. He was also very communicative and patient with me and my team. A to Z Plumbing was a complete disappointment and felt like a scam. We already knew exactly what needed to be done: run a line from the roof to clear the main plumbing line. When we called, they said it would be $100 to come out, but they refused to give any pricing over the phone. Since it was the weekend, we agreed. When the plumber arrived, he literally confirmed what we had already told them needed to be done, then suddenly quoted around $675, and said the $100 “did not apply.” At that point, we paid the $100 and asked him to leave. Overpriced, misleading, and not transparent. We ended up hiring a small local plumber who did the exact same job for $250. Huge difference. I will never use or call A to Z again.
