My wife and I are very happy that we chose Ryan "Big Sarge" Hoffman and A Veteran's Pool Company for our pool reno in Rockwall. Ryan exemplifies the characteristics of honor, honesty and and integrity, traits that aren't universal in the pool business. Our project came out better (and was completed sooner) than we could have hoped; Ryan kept us informed every step of the way and there were no surprises. There were no "problems", only solutions. Total transformation of our pool! My wife and I researched quite a bit before we made our choice- and I am glad we chose Ryan. The communication and attention to detail are second to none! He was very conscious of our budget- not trying to up sell us on unnecessary upgrades. He truly cares about the work he does- and it shows. A Veteran's Pool Company was amazing to work with. We called 5+ pool companies for repairs and equipment needs. Half didn't call back or show up to appointments scheduled. A Veteran's reached out same day, within 24 hours were here with equipment and were ready to go. They hit the trifecta of speed, quality/service, and price for us. Even when we had some minor issues after the heater install, the owner text back quickly to resolve it. For other services needed they didn't provide, they recommended other providers who also reached out same day. I would not only recommend them, but plan to use them for any additional work we need.

I had met with Ryan to discuss replacing the coping on my pool as well as re-plastering the pool as well. My project was handled in a professional manner and was completed ahead of time. I made a couple of changes to my request after our initial acceptance meeting, he made the changes and Ryan and his staff did an OUTSTANDING job on my pool. Project came in on budget and was done in a timely manner. The after care on my pool was excellent and I am extremely happy with the results! Thank you for all your hard work!!
