The best and most honest HVAC technician I've encountered in my 73 years. Mr. Rayfield is a gentleman from the old school of integrity. I encountered a HVAC blower motor damaged by a spike. He came into my residence, accepted the replacement I had obtained (of course couldn't warrantee it). Within less than 1/2 an hour, system is up and running. A further sign of thoroughness, he brought his gauge set and amp meter in, checking the compressor for any potential faults. His pricing was extremely fair. Mr. Rayfield is now my go-to HVAC contractor.

I called a week in advance and told him what I was experiencing with my HVAC system. We established someone would be available to come out to my home the following week on that Wednesday morning. That Wednesday morning I called 8 am to make sure that someone was still coming when the person answered the phone which was the same exact person I had talked to the week before he said I forgot all about that let my call my guy I’ll call you right back. Well it’s two days later and I’m still waiting for that call back. Needless to say I called another company they came the same day ran out got the part that I needed and fixed the issue the same day. I had a leak in the air handler’s coil. I had a date and time from Rayfield for when they would be there to replace the coil. No show that morning so I called after lunch and it turns out he had not even ordered the replacement part. Your mileage may vary with him and if you choose to use his company cross your fingers.

It's been over 6 years since he replaced my ac compressor but he was available, prompt and reasonable compared to prices i got from other ac guys on the beach. Nice guy and does good work.
