For a Dishwasher install, they worked just half an hour, but charged laber for $319.75. Because the worker put down the hour for two, and $160/per hour. But they didn't have my signature to proof the time in or out. I think that is ridicules. Even thought I paid to them, but I want to let people know it was terrible thing happened to me.I hope you don't forget to timing their work, maybe better to make a vidio recording to proof. If you are on the eastern shore of va.. they are the best. I have two old trailers and have had service done on various things from plumbing to heating. Always great fast professional and courteous service

I’m not sure why they are still in business. I used them several years ago to fix a faucet leak and they did a good job. I’ve called them several times since for service. Someone would take a message and tell me they would get back to me. Sometimes they would and others I would have to initiate contact again. They NEVER showed up or contacted me to reschedule. Twice they called (months later) to see if I still needed service, which I didn’t. I called them because they are close and did decent work on their first only visit. Never again!

Excellent service, Landlord left message after hours to get the plumbing at the house checked, got a phone call around 7 this morning and the crew showed up around 8 AM. Very professional and friendly people. Problem was solved by 9:30 and the crew left after cleaning up . Awesome service, highly recommended, would definitely reach out to them again. Thank you so much :))))))
