If it was humanly possible, I would give them a -5. I had two different refrigerators in two different cities that they were supposed to repair. My brand new refrigerator in New Jersey stopped sending ice out through the door.Frigidaire Recommended Whitman Appliance. Against my better judgment upon seeing the reviews, I said OK.. My wife and I traveled 2 1/2 hours to the Shore for the appointment. On the day of the appointment, I got a phone call that the Service gentleman was sick and was not coming. 2 1/2 hour drive home. Gas tolls time out of Our lives! Scammers ! Beaware!!! I waited almost two weeks for “ parts to be ordered” . They then scheduled a service date only to be called the day of to say their technician was out sick and rescheduled for Saturday between 1 and 4 , i called this morning to confirm someone was coming .. and was told yes ( with an attitude). Saturday came and went and no technician has shown up , I’ve called the 10 times only to be met with a voicemail each time. All of this and I was forced to pay over $300 up front through fridge air to even have a technician come out . I am going to report both whitmans appliance repair services and fridge air to the better business bureau.

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! They do not want to provide their services. They spent more time arguing about refrigerator part numbers not being correct even though I confirmed with Fridgedaire that they are correct. Ramon refused to listen and provide service for fixing the parts on my refrigerator. He made every excuse why he couldn't provide the service all because of part numbers that he claims weren't matching with what he has in whatever system he is using. How about reaching out to Frigidaire directly to confirm as opposed to whatever system your using. Maybe that will help you in the future so you can receive better reviews. We chose Whitman Appliance Repair because it was one of the companies that was suggested by our extended warranty company. We couldn't have been happier with their service. Our technician, Pedro, came in the timeframe given. I had let them know what the issue was with our dishwasher. So they came with the part needed. Pedro was able to fix the issue very quickly. He then did a test run of the dishwasher. He also shared some tips on prolonging the life of our dishwasher. He also showed me an area to make sure we cleaned regularly. He cleaned the area to let me see how disgusting it gets. We would highly recommend Whitman's Applance Repair, and especially the tech, Pedro!!

They are authorized appliance repair for Frigidaire. They came out after I paid over $300 (which is supposed to be good for 60 days) because my oven was not heating. It took them 10 minutes to repair. After they left, my oven is now running 50 degrees hotter than the setting. Called Frigidaire again and they contacted Whitman’s. The manager called me and said that this is a different issue and that I would have to pay for them to come out. That if it’s a calibration issue, I can fix it myself- very simple to do, I can even google how to do it!!! What a shady, baloney company. No wonder they have only a 2 star rating! Do not use them!
