I had an emergency when my main circuit breaker failed after hours. It was hot and dark and a unfortunate situation to say the least. Although A1 did not initially answer after hours, Frank called me back later that night to inquire about my situation. I had called another company W3 who did show up and charge me $250 to not have parts and offer a $12,000 upsell on a new panel. Frank was up by 6:00am in contact with me, assured me he could help, and I had power by 10:00am for a more than fair price. Frank was great. Spent time with me on the phone to assist with troubleshooting and ensure he could come onsite and quickly resolve. We found the issue without him coming onsite.
