I’m very happy with the service I received. Ron came out and replaced my old, broken panels with great care and professionalism. He also cleaned the chimney and left everything neat and tidy. I’m extremely satisfied with the final result, the panels look great. Ron did an excellent job, and the whole experience reflects very positively on the company.

A1 provided outstanding service from start to finish. They were punctual, professional, and left the work area spotless. This was by far the most thorough chimney cleaning I’ve ever had. In addition to the cleaning, they replaced my back fire panel, did some painting, and left the fireplace looking like new. I truly couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of their work. The technicians were courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in what they do—I was so impressed, I gave each of them a tip. First the positive. I will give them 5 stars for their quality of work I'm happy with my finished product. They get 1 Star for communication, customer service, timeliness and pricing. I called and scheduled a Chimney Inspection Level 2, I verified with customer service I have a level 2 scheduled and was excited to see the real condition of my fireplace. The inspector only did a level 1 inspection. He didn’t even look in the flue but told me it was good. The inspector did find some outside repairs needed and since a chimney sweep was included with the repairs, I did not complain. I figured the sweep, and repairs would address my concerns. The amount of soot that came out of the flue during the sweep would have been easily detected by the inspector as a safety concern if they did the
