Please be aware that the 5 star comments are clients who were offered 5% discount which wouldn’t be a big deal at all if they weren’t practically trying to scam you in replacing everything. Portrayed everything related to the chimney to be a major issue. When we declined the services we were threatened to be reported to the town claiming it was not up to code?? Luckily we just recently bought the house and have had many inspections but definitely wanted to warn others.
I had a great experience with A1 Chimney! They replaced my chimney crown and flue, and did an excellent job. Very professional, friendly, and gave me a great price. I truly appreciate their help and highly recommend their services!
If you want your woodstove installed incorrectly and unprofessionally. Lose out on your money. JUST SO YOU CAN PAY another company to do it the right way. Then you hire this company. They installed my stove 7inch from the wall, the installers show up in pajamas and unmarked work van. They don't even carry a level or any professional tools. They installed my A1 class chimmney pipe crooked. And then left the installation incomplete. Didn't get a call/text or anything for 1 month after incomplete installation. Just say they can call and ask for more money. No refund was made, no apology given. Now I'm forced to hire a PROFESSIONAL company too do it all over again. This is a scam of a company PLEASE DONT HIRE THEM!
Excellent service Mike and the crew repaired our chimney clown quickly and neatly. They showed great attention to detail and left everything clean recommended.
