I recently came in on 2 occasions to rent a truck from Home Depot Rental. Gil and Jarod were instrumental in making this rental experience less stressful. I had to write this review to extend my appreciation to both Jarod and Gil, and to commend them on their efficiency and customer centric demeanor. They ensured that the truck I needed was available and was respectful of my tight schedule upon picking up and returning the rental truck. Needless to say, when I need to rent a truck again, I only hope to have the opportunity to work with Gil and Jarod. They made the rental experience very seamless and easy for me. Thank you so very much Gil and Jarod!

Home Depot is always my fav store for buying household items and all tools . 🧰 this location is slightly off the route but good for central NJ people … especially Woodbridge area. Nice parking facilities . the availability of stocks in this location in slightly less than other ones - in Plainfield and Rt 1 .. it’s still good to see this location . I liked their paint section and garden 🪴 products . All other tools / lights etc are good too. Nice experience.. 👌🙏🙏👍

We spend a LOT of money at Home Depot and when something needs ( not often) to be returned we get a hard time and the customer service is rude and asks personal, unqualified questions. Some of the time they don’t even have what we need and have to go to LOWE’s. Lowes is extremely friendly and helpful to customers and don’t argue with you about a simple return and assist you in every manner. Great staff at Lowe’s not Home Depot!! Lowe’s is 💯 % in our book.

This place needs a better manager, the lack of social skills (she) has is terrible. Extremely rude and inefficient. Unable to help with costumer’s needs. She talks aggressive and refuse to sell items. Go to other Home Depot.

I want to thank Joseph Gonzales that works in the appliance department at the Woodbridge Nj location. I bought 3 appliances during the 2025 Black Friday Sale promotion. However, there were several delays getting delivery and installation problems with water hook-ups for icemaker/water filter. After all my venting to Joseph, he offered me a nice discount.
