Scott did an outstanding job repairing my garage door! He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail, answering all of my questions along the way. Both Scott and Jordan were great to work with and even helped me out on the final price. I needed two new springs and additional support struts so my door wouldn’t sag or fall apart. Their pricing was very fair and competitive compared to others. If you’re having any garage door issues, I highly recommend giving Scott a call — definitely worth it!

Our repair man was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. He reviewed our garage door operation, determined the problem and proposed two different solutions. I chose the solution that replaced both the springs and my existing two year-old garage door opener. I paid a premium price. I got excellent installation in a timely manner. I was unable to compare pricing till after I had agreed to the service which is my problem. Afterward, I did compare prices with two other companies locally and both had prices that were several hundred dollars below what I paid. The service was done as prescribed. The results were very good. I would do it again with the exception of doing some comparison shopping before I agreed to the price.

Preston Larson did an excellent job of explaining our options regarding new motor and keypad. He did a great job installing the new items and explaining the related functionality. Preston also explained about - and showed samples of - the range of garage doors, too, in the event we want to get a new garage door in the future. We appreciate his friendliness, his skill, and his thoroughness in completing the job. We would recommend Preston Larson!

I couldn’t be more satisfied with the work Brian Sharer did for us. Explaining to him that we did not intend to stay in house much longer, he suggested repairing our garage rather that replacing it.
