I always say the true test of a business is in an emergency. While our emergency wasn't extremely dire, it was to us. We have a Pentair pool pump that was installed in October 2020 but our installer is no longer available to us for repairs. Our pool filtration system was suffering from power failures, communication failures, and schedule failures along with lack of suction. Pentair directly referred us to EcoBlu. We called them because our pool servicer wasn't comfortable with fixing the pump without cancelling the warranty. I called Taylor at EcoBlu who was cool, calm, confident, and so nice to work with. Thank you EcoBlu Pools for your fast and efficient response to helping us in our dilemma. On Mar 28th we had a lot of company coming in from out of town. Our pools heater had gone out and everyone was expecting to enjoy their AZ.vacation here in Cave Creek. Not only were they quick with the repairs but recognized our timing issue and put us priority. Came out next day. Also their other technician gave us a free pool cleaning while the heater was being repaired. Thanks for the quick response and saving our pool party. So satisfied for two years until recently. Didn’t show up for several weeks and finally came when pool turned green with algae. Disgusting. Then, had to start calling again when pool wasn’t being serviced. Owner’s wife suggested perhaps I should find someone else to service my pool area. So, fired EcoBlu and hired someone else who’s more reliable, dependable, and respectful to me as their customer.

Wonderful experience! EcoBlu pools was very friendly and helpful. It was so refreshing to deal with a place that is knowledgeable and professional. They truly cared about our needs. "EcoBlu Pools", also known as "My Pool Gal's lasted all of 3 visits ! A little snooty to deal with, and not very customer friendly. They couldn't even diagnose the most basic of pool equipment issues. No stars for this one, and would highly suggest looking for alternatives in the PHX area.
