I am very pleased with the services done by A1 Garage Door Service. The customer service representative Alexis that I spoke with was very knowledgeable and professional. I was able to get an appointment right away. My technician Rose Justin was also extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained our best options for repair. He was able to install an entire new opener, track, rollers for the door, and a bracket in the freezing cold within a couple hours. He was very kind and courteous! He even offered to grab coffee on his way over! A1 is also very dedicated to safety as I was informed as to who would be showing up at our home to make the repairs with all of the proper logos and branding. Called A1 Garage Door Service after several months of dealing with my original garage door installer not able to fix their door. Carl was on time and polite. He applied real problem solving tools and a professional approach. My garage door setup is not typical and was not an easy job but Carl did a fantastic job. The garage door operates better than when it was first installed. This was back in October and five months later still operating great with no issues.
