Labra Design Build

We received a recommendation for Rufino and Labra Design from our neighbor who highly recommended him. Rufino was very prompt with his communication and provided us with what we thought we wanted but also provided us with a rendering of what he thought would look better and blend more with the style of our home. We had no idea that something brand new would fit so beautifully and seamless into our 100 year old home. Rufino was able to use blueprints from a previous addition to be able to draw up plans that our builder could use to make our patio something that we could enjoy as well as increase the value of our home since it is so perfectly in scale and professionally designed. We are thrilled and would highly recommend him for any project.

Rufino was the absolute easiest decision for our main floor remodel. We had a hard time finding someone to take on our tricky design. We’d talk to contractors and never hear from them again. I emailed Rufino, we spoke on the phone, I sent him photos and he had a cost breakdown before he even saw our kitchen. He was so quick to respond when we had questions or concerns and he even figured out that we didn’t need a beam(which every other contractor said we needed). Not only was he so easy to get a hold of and ease concerns, but him and his team did such a great job, were quick and amazing at every little detail. We hired Rufino and his team in early fall 2020 to create custom cabinetry and a dedicated home office space out of an oversized living room in our Ann Arbor home.
