A1 garage tech Michael was excellent, very knowledgeable and experienced at servicing both of the doors. He was through at explaining everything. Michael's customer service was excellent, something I as a consumer look for right up front. Overall I would recommend Michael and A1. Superior job! Top Teir tech 👏 👏🏆

Michael showed up on time, explained everything clearly in his estimate and schedule a day to return to do the work; insulation for two doors, new brackets and springs. He returned on time and again explained the work to be done and got to work. I am very happy with the quality of work, professionalism and he was friendly as well. Overall I am very happy with Michael and A1!

FABULOUS experience with A1! My parents garage door was only partially working due to it being backed into. It stopped working last night. I called mid morning. I was given an appointment for later that same day. Which I was very greatful for. My mom has mobility issues and needs a scooter to get around when she goes out. Her car with lift and scooter was in the garage. Now she will be able to get to her doctors appointment later this week! Daniel was AMAZING! He gave me my options of how they could fix it. Daniel was on time and called when he was on his way. Which was great since we have 2 large dogs. He was so polite and professional. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I would have given a five star except that the technician informed me that they only adjust springs that are less than 3 years old and they installed. My springs did not need adjustment but if they had the service would have been a joke. The whole purpose of this was just a tune up, adjustment and lubrication. I really liked the technician and he was very knowledgeable and professional. If you need a new garage door, opener or parts A1 is the place to go. If you need adjustment then use a small private shop that doesn’t have to focus so much on liability concerns
