Saenz inspected my 20 year old garage door and the Genie garage door opener. After his inspection he explained to me in detail his observation. I understood . And he answered my questions regarding replacement or repair . Saenz is truly a great person and before he left provided contact information should the garage fail or should I decide on total replacement.
