Our Specialist, Mr. Jeff Fulton, was extremely helpful and patient. First he helped my husband see the several issues we were dealing with. This is the original door and motor from 2006. We knew it was time to inquire about repairing or replacing the door. Then Jeff came in and patiently answered my questions which many were duplicated from my husband. He took time to be crystal clear about all our options. We are going with a new garage door and motor because we completely understand the logic.

A1 Garage, Patrick specifically provided exceptional service on my garage doors. Patrick explained my normal wear items on my door, and how they were approaching the end of their service life. Patrick provided several options to keep my door running like new, and as important preventing future failures. Matt even helped me understand some of my options on a phone conference as well. Patrick understands the door operations and calculations so completely he was training another technician so i had the benefit of two techs to complete my services in a timely fashion.
