The Tailored Closet did an outstanding job transforming all closet spaces in our new home. From design to implementation they went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Craftsmanship, customer service, availability, and communication was top notch. We highly recommend them if you are considering remodeling you closets and even you garage spaces.

Very impressed with The Tailored Closet! I had a unique situation where I have a large walk in closet in my guest room, that I was considering turning into an office/closet combo. I mentioned this to a friend who referred me to The Tailored Closet. Tracey Chumley was my designer and did an amazing job putting my ideas down and creating a space that could work as a home office, while still providing storage functionality as a closet, if needed. Everything was organized down to the detail, from the design, timeline and installation. The installation team was quick, friendly and they cleaned up the space before leaving. I cannot thank The Tailored Closet team enough, such a good experience and definitely recommend!

We were very pleased with our experience with The Tailored Closet. We used them to install cabinetry in our pantry, master closets, and laundry room. Our home is much more functional and organized. They made non-functional, frustrating spaces functional. The crew was incredibly professional and hardworking. We will be calling them again when we are ready to work on our garage!

I got significantly cheaper quotes from two other companies but TTC was much more collaborative with the design process in terms of feedback and ideas. They also had a lot more options and didn't just default to the Ikea white melamine. I only give them 4 stars because they charge you an added 3% if you don't sign up for their ACH transfer system to pay instead of conveniently using a card. This is a luxury service at already luxury pricing and it feels like nickel-and-dime-ing, as well as being a hassle. I get it when an individual contractor does it but not the "largest home organization franchise in the nation."
