Set up an online appt. A1 set up, next day service! My service technician Thomas Trujillo was polite friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the issues and next steps in a conversational manner. He replaced the garage door seal, provided a tune up and a safety inspection. After chatting with me about my issues and some service maintenance and prevention he was done in 45 mins. Bonus points gave me some advice on how to mitigate critters getting into tie garage! Absolutely recommend this company and Thomas!

Jimmy from A1 was on time, super polite and very professional. He was great. I needed a new garage door opener, and the quote from A1 was ridiculously expensive.
