A1 Gator, A Wind River Company

Cant think of a single bad thing to mention about A1 gator. Had them out to do a pump out of my septic tank and again nothing but the best service! Punctual, professional and damn good at what they do! The tech did an amazing job and was super respectful of the property, keep up the good work and I will only be using A1 gator for all of our septic needs!!!!!

Junior from A1 Gator did a excellent job, he was very knowledgeable, took pictures before and after work was done, Junior showed us a layer of something blue floating on top of the septic tank which I realized it was a cheap fabric softener I purchased. Junior cleaned everything and made sure the water was passing through fine. Left the area nice and clean inside and outside. Thank you A1 Gator and thank you Junior. Well done

Paid full price for an emergency pump out in December and they did the job and gave me a clean bill of health. I’m still having backups and problems so I asked them to come see if it’s a drainfield issue, they wanted to charge me full price for another pump out and now that I am insisting they make good on their first pump out no one has gotten back to me despite my multiple efforts.

They did an awesome job, I was not home and they were able to access the property which in itself can be a task if you’ve never been here before. They left no evidence that they were even there which says a lot when you’re driving a big truck on a lawn. They wrote up a nice description of the work they did and everything is functioning properly.
