Austin was very helpful for a first time home buyer. The report was very detailed. He let me walk through the house during his inspection and pointed out everything to watch out for and stuff even after we own the home. Would recommend.

Quick response, detailed inspection report, but did a a lazy inspection job. Had a clean out that was pictured in the report under the house not inspected. If they had would have seen a massive hole in the cast iron pipes. Attic space wasn't inspected or they would have seen no Tyveck behind the siding, open electrical wires that I had to secure so they didnt catch fire, the poor hvac plumbing that leaked causing a whole in the 1st floor, and more. Luckily I have the knowhow and knowledge of where to look how to look and fix it. But 5.5 grand into a newly purchased house already with more fixes to come. Really disappointed at what all was missed I found things before the purchase and after the inspection wish i had more time to look over more I would have done a better job than he did. Do

Austin is always very prompt in getting inspections done to meet necessary deadlines. He is also very thorough and does a great job explaining the inspection process to his clients. He produces a great written/documented report that is fairly priced.
