Glenn's Garage Doors

Called to get a replacement cable for my garage door. Talked to glenn, he was very friendly, helpful, had outstanding customer service and helped me get my door fixed right away. I had Kevin come to my house 5 years ago to fix a door, he was there in a timely manner, very professional, friendly and helpful. Glenn's garage doors has always been affordable and acknowledged. I will continue to use them for my garage door needs.

We had a problem with our garage door, I called Glenn’s Garage Door at 5pm on a Friday. Glenn the owner answered, I explained our problem. He said he would come to Paris Saturday morning. So on a rainy Saturday morning at 8:30am Glenn drove 30 miles and fixed our garage door. He even pulled our car out of garage so I didn’t have to get out in the rain. This was one of the kindest things I have ever seen a business owner do. They have always treated us with such kindness. Please use them for your garage door needs

Our garage door has not operated in the year we have owned our home. Our credit union suggested "Glenn's Garage Doors" is a great company. On our way home, we spotted "Glenn's Garage Doors" service truck. We stopped and I spoke with the technician who was kind enough to stop at our home within about 20 minutes. The technician, was able to repair the door and suggested in the future some new pulleys would be a good idea. It's refreshing to deal with a nice man, driving a fully equipped truck, that knows his business. We offered to run and get cash but the tech had us just write down our name and address and they would send us an invoice.... What a great Company!

I had a fantastic experience with Glenn's Garage Doors. specialist came on time and was was pleasant, clean, and committed. The best part is that he did not try to make me feel like I had to do more services than I wanted to! Reasonable prices. I will certainly call them again and endorse to others.

I can't say enough good things about Glenn's Garage Doors. They have excellent customer service, from the initial call all the way through job completion. They are trustworthy and provide excellent work. I'm 45 minutes away, and call them over locals every time.
