The owner is honest in his work and is quite experienced. He was a pleasure to work with. I dropped my vacuum off and had a diagnosis the very next day. I decided not to proceed with repairs because the parts costed more than the value that I thought my vacuum still had. (No fault on his end, i just have an old vacuum and parts are non existant or quite expensive) He educated me on his favorite brands, what to watch out for etc. Thankful and happy with my experience!!! Be sure to pet his dog Hagrig while you're there!

Did an excellent job repairing and cleaning my vacuum. Was honest on the cost of repair for my handheld and it was cheaper to replace it. They are honest and a great business.
