I am extremely satisfied with the work Jody did for us. We bought a house that had 5 different keys for 5 entrances. Jody was able to very quickly and inexpensively re-key them all and consolidate down to 2 keys. He installed deadbolts on doors that needed them, adjusted/lubricated all the locks and now they work great!. Super nice guy, quality & timely workmanship, fair prices. I highly recommend and will be using A1 again for any future needs. Thanks Jody!

Jody, who came to switch a door handle on my storm door, seems like a nice guy but his customer service is seriously lacking. It took weeks for the new door handle to come in, weeks more for him come to install it. Within two weeks the key was just spinning. He came back to fix it several weeks later, said he fixed it but within two days, the key is still spinning. I’ve called several times and have left messages. After weeks of leaving messages his voice mailbox says it’s full and can’t take messages. Texted him several times and no response. This started at the beginning of August and costs over$300.00. It’s now mid-December and the issue has not been resolved and no communication or response from him - no response at all. I would suggest you find another company.

I am so grateful to A-1 Locksmith for rescuing us when we locked ourselves out of our house at night in 30 degree temps with a dog. I wouldn't recommend doing this, but we flagged down his vehicle in a grocery store parking lot out of desperation (we tried calling locksmiths and all were closed). Even though he was done for the day and on his way home to his family, he had compassion and made a service visit. He's a mobile small business, and he obviously cares about his trade. I would highly recommend A-1 if you are in need of locksmith services. (He did not ask me to review him, but he was so genuine and helpful, I want to give him a shout out.)
