Community Cooling and Heating LLC

My central air conditioner went out and I searched Google Maps for somebody that was close by. I saw a lot to choose from, but Google Stars give me confidence and Community Cooling and Heating had all five stars and plenty of reviews. I really use those stars and reviews to decide on a business to utilize. I left a message call me back and in about two hours, Mark returned my call. I explained the trouble and he said he could come by the next day. I watched as he began to troubleshoot my problem outside and in my attic. The problem was simply the system I had was the original when the home was constructed. He gave me several options, but the best option was to replace the system completely. Mark was not trying to pressure me one bit. I asked him how much I owed him and he said not

I called Mark and he was able to come and help that same day. He was thorough and identified the issue with my HVAC within 30 minutes. Great communication. He answered all my questions and told me what I needed to know without judgement. Highly recommend.

Our AC unit was making a rumbling noise and Mark was here within a few hours to assess and fixed the issue so fast and professionally. 10/10 service and he was so knowledgeable. Highly recommend using Mark! Also, his pricing is great!

Mark was a professional and a savior. Our low-voltage relay board decided to catch fire (also burned up several wires and harnesses) and fill our home with smoke, prompting a 911 call at shortly after midnight. A phone call to Mark at 9am was met with a fully repaired HVAC before noon. It was a traumatizing event, quickly remedied with Mark fixing our system. We had several components fail in our home and he was able to fix them all. He also recommended new parts for an upgrade which we ordered and working excellent. I cannot recommend Mark enough and he will always be our first call for HVAC concerns.
