Absolute Carpet & Floor Care of New Bern

I had Absolute Carpet & Floor Care come clean my carpet after I moved out of my house. First off I never really write reviews but the impact these two people made, and the work they did was just too amazing not to share. Second off What a wonder group of people who were very polite to me! They both went above and beyond. They were very easy to book an appointment, also there on time, polite, quick, hard workers, and did an amazing job on the carpet. Stains that the previous cleaners couldn’t get out, they got out! My carpet looked brand new, and had a lovely new sent to it! Thank you Michael and Madison for a wonderful job, and thank you both for being so helpful, understanding, and polite!

Service was for move-out carpet cleaning. Services were great! I needed to flex the service date around other services and they worked with me 100% to get to the right day. Carpets were thoroughly cleaned and smelled great when completed.

They did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets, especially pet stains, and can travel on base. Easy scheduling through the website and great people to work with.

10/10 recommend and will hire them again for any and all carpet cleaning needs. My kids room was absolutely filthy and full of stains. It was a beige carpet so the stains were very noticeable. I have shampooed it on my own over the years with little to no results so I wasn’t sure if the stains would come up; they definitely did!!
