I love Cody from A1 Mitchell’s heating and Cooling! He gave me service every year and took care our boiler. He is real expert, knowledgeable and love to share his expertise. We have warm winter every year because of him!

We pre-paid for a winter service right after our summer service, we were told that we would be put on the calendar for the winter service. when it was time for the service they never showed nor did they contact us about our service. I went to the office and spoke to the co-owner and he said he would do the service so we made an appointment and again a no show. We contacted the Las Vegas office and it did not exist, we called and got no answer I later spoke to the owner and he lied to us about the service date. About a month later we confronted both owners in public and they told us "too bad" and "sue us " was the response. Please do not call this company they will take advantage of you with a smile.

Kyle came out today to clean our heater before winter hit. He was very personable and answered our questions. He finished way faster than we thought it would take. We will call you guys again!!!

This company showed up a day late, tracked mud and left debris all over my house instead of taking the old furnace out, they threw it in the backyard. Very disappointed again not sure looks like they brought a bottom and then tried to manufacture a top. Very very disappointing. I would highly recommend you not using them. Take the old furnace out to do it in the backyard super unprofessional. If you see them run

This family run business is amazing, they go above and beyond every time. Cody is knowledgeable, efficient and always shows us what he’s doing and explains why. We’ll always continue to use them and recommend them!
